A “Good Life” for 2016
In a therapy session this week, a client and I were discussing how working life has changed (mostly through technology) but that WE haven’t changed. We haven’t evolved into beings that need less sleep and self-care. Imagine the days when a corporate job really ended at 5pm and you were only reachable the following day on your office landline? While New Year’s resolutions are unfashionable it seems (I’m basing this on my Facebook timeline!) think about your plans in 2016 to enjoy a GOOD LIFE and listen to Psychiatrist, Robert Waldinger’s TED talk on a 75 year long study to find out what contributes to our happiness and health.
