Nicky gained international recognition following her TEDx talk, “Driving Dreams.” She has presented talks across Africa, Europe, the USA, Middle East and Australia – as well as online from her office in Cape Town! Nicky was awarded the Professional Speakers Association’s 2022 “Speakers Hall of Fame” Award, one of the highest speaking achievements amongst her peers.

When you book Nicky for your next conference or event, you are automatically supporting her registered non-profit organisation, Nicky’s Drive (086-364-NPO). Nicky drives a specially adapted car “hands-free” that was donated to her during her university years. This act of generosity and the freedom of driving, inspired Nicky to start Nicky’s Drive. The organisation funds car adaptations for people with disabilities in South Africa.
A portion of Nicky’s speaking fee is donated to Nicky’s Drive, enabling others with a DREAM TO DRIVE.

Her talk, entitled “Driving Dreams,” illustrates how Nicky delivers a message on stage that is authentic and captivating, with lessons that are easily translated into actions in our careers and personal lives.
